Harbour Lane will be closed from 0001 hours to 2359 hours on the following dates or until completion of the works within these periods;
      i. Monday 7th December 2020 until Monday 21st December 2020
     ii. Monday 4th January 2021 until Monday 15th February 2021

An alternative route for vehicular traffic affected by the closure is via:-
                Harbour Lane – Treales Road – Blackleach Lane – Lea Lane and vice versa.

The temporary prohibition is necessary to safely facilitate the construction of the
Preston Western Distributor Road.
